Hey guys,
I started this blog to keep myself motivated and be accountable for sticking to P90X for 3 months. I tried doing P90X from July to October of this year, but my interest and drive fizzled out, and I started eating much less healthy.
So, I started back up Monday December 28 and so far I have just done the first 2 workouts: Chest & Back and Plyometrics.
Diet so far the first 2 days has been good - eggs & bacon for breakfast, salad for lunch, chicken and vegetables for dinner.
Starting tomorrow I will blog about my daily diet and workouts. I will also post my initial measurements and photos.
